Students will then continue inland, by boarding a direct local bus connecting Pesaro to Urbino hourly, running multiple times per hour. Taxis are equally available. You can check Trenitalia and Adriabus for further details.
Urbino is a small walled city with picturesque but often very steep streets. Within the city no transportation is required, as all points of interest are within walking distance.
Urbino is famous not only for its Renaissance history but also for its gastronomy. Food is simply delicious and inexpensive and is available at local bars, trattorias and restaurants within the city and beyond. A lunch break is scheduled to last one hour daily, enabling the students to make their own meal arrangements.
